Industrial Process Controls Ltd. was formed in 1981,
initially working in process control engineering, energy measurement
and energy demand control of industrial and commercial buildings. Following
a change in management in 1989, IPC has established itself as an internationally
recognized supplier of high quality materials testing systems intended
primarily for applications in the research and quality control/quality
assurance areas of road pavement construction, civil engineering and
manufacturing industry.
In June 2002, we changed our trading name to IPC Global.
IPC products are designed to address specific materials testing requirements
of researchers and contractors in the asphalt and unbound pavement industry.
Our design team works co-operatively with major world-renowned research
facilities in the United States and Europe to ensure that our products
remain relevant to current requirements and keep pace with future advances
in road paving technology. Particular emphasis is placed on provision
of reliable, easy-to-use equipment at prices which are acceptable to
the industry.
Our products include:
- UTM Series of Universal Testing Machines
- Servopac Gyratory Compactor. Exceeds the requirements
for SHRP Superpave.
- Gyropac Gyratory Compactor. (AS 2891.2.2).
- Beam Fatigue Apparatus for 4-point repetitive flexural
bending tests, including SHRP M009.
- IPC Global also supplies a comprehensive range of environmental
chambers, triaxial cells, testing jigs and kits, load cells, transducers
and signal conditioners designed to integrate with our product range.
- IPC Global is the Australian and New Zealand representative

in Australia and New Zealand for the Keros (Denmark) PRIMA 100 Mini
Falling Weight Deflectometer. The Prima 100 is extremely portable
and has the unique advantage of using a Pocket PC as a user interface.
- IPC Global also builds the UTM-Series of high capacity
dynamic hydraulic testing machines (300 kN to 2000 kN capacity). These
machines are built to special order and are available with a selection
of grips and transducers to suit a diverse range of applications for
materials research, construction and manufacturing industry.
IPC has established factory-authorized agents and distributors
throughout the world.
